WELCOME!
To the Biodiversity section of the Green Box!
The aim of this section of the Green Box is to record what you or anyone involved in the farm, see when out and about on the farm. Familiar birdsongs, brown hares, wildflowers or something you don’t recognize that has made the farm their home. Gathering this information will help provide the evidence for which farming practices deliver the most improvements for the flora and fauna on the farm.
We have divided biodiversity into the following sections –
• Plants
• Mammals
• Invertebrates
• Birds
• Amphibians
• Fungi
